Odds of being accepted into Cal Poly SLO's Civil Engineering Program

<p>I am wondering what my chances are of being accepted into Cal Poly SLO's Civil Engineering Program. Basically my profile is:
-applied Early Decision
-4.18 CSU GPA
-SAT: Math-800, Reading-640, Writing-570</p>

<p>Can anyone indicate my odds of being accepted?</p>

<p>Admission to the doctoral degree in Civil Engineering
I have read of civil engineering-marine structures in iran.
I am interested too study in the Ph.D.
Now I work in engineering and operation of dams.
If possible help me for the study…
I need a fund for the study</p>
