<p>So I got accepted to Santa Clara University, a Jesuit private college. At acceptance, my GPA was 3.14. My grandmother then passed away and that sent me on a tailspin for some time. When I recovered, I worked my tail off, but at the end of the day, I ended up with the following:</p>
<p>English 12A - B
Digital Imaging - A
Economics - B
AP Calculus AB - B
AP Physics B - D
AP Biology - C+</p>
<p>How likely am I to get rescinded?</p>
<p>Ask your school – then you’ll know for sure, instead of having us speculate at you and making you more nervous.</p>
<p>You asked the same question 4 days ago. Time to man up and directly confront the possible consequences. Pick up the telephone.</p>
<p>I’ve fired off an email to my associate director in the admissions office already. I was just looking for what to expect in the reply.</p>
<p>So feel free to speculate please, I’ve already initiated contact with the college.</p>
<p>Ahmer: don’t invite strangers’ speculation. It’ll only drive you crazy. Ignore all this. You’ll need your energy to focus on the college’s decision and what you might say/do if the outcome isn’t good.</p>
