Odds of transferring into Engineering Schools?

A little background about myself. I'm a 19 white male that lives in NJ and I'm going into my sophomore year at a community college majoring in engineering. I went to a pretty bad high school (no AP classes, highest math class was pre-calc, not many extracurriculars, you get the picture) and so I didn't really apply myself. I never really thought I had much of a chance at a "good" school, but I've really started applying myself in college and wondering if I can turn things around.

High School

Class Rank: 20/270
GPA: 4.1/4.5
Extracurricular: Varsity Soccer 9-11 and FBLA 10-12
SAT: 620 Math, 440 Verbal, 430 Writing (I didn't finish half the questions and essay cause I don't work that fast)

College

GPA: 4.0/4.0
Member of Phi Theta Kappa
I work so really no time for activities.
I'll be transferring with an associates degree.
I've taken the typical first year engineering courses calc 1,2,3, general physics/chem, ect.

I was just wondering what engineering schools I have a chance at. I would like to major in industrial & systems engineering. I figure since I'm a transfer my college transcript should be the main factor. I was thinking about Rutgers since I'm in state and guaranteed to receive at least some financial aid, but I received an application in the mail from Cornell and was wondering if I should even try at schools in that league. Most schools do not require SATs for transfers so they'll only see my high school and college transcripts and apparently being in Phi Theta Kappa means a lot since every application I've seen asks if you are a member. I'm just wondering around what level of schools I would have a chance at. Thanks
