I would LOVE to name it, because I am so proud!! But because of our state and her sport she'll be too identifiable there, and I don't want to compromise her privacy... Suffice it to say it is a top LAC and a place she is elated to go.

I wanted to make sure all the ED2 notifications were mailed out from everywhere, in order to keep the school unidentifiable; looks like all ED2 decisions are done, so I am free to KVELL.

For those of you with athletic kids: the coach support at this school was unambiguous. Coach was a good communicator, good person, very enthusiastic about D, kept in touch. Answered all our questions thoroughly and with total credibility and was very clear about level of support. (As I have said before: at ED 1 school, the support was not nearly this pointed-- but at the time we didn't realize that "top of the list" could be ambiguous!)

What a huge relief. Not only is she "in"-- she's in at a school that suits her beautifully and that will be a marvelous place for her to grow... intellectually and as a person.

That's so great! I think I know which one it is but I won't tell. Bask in the glow, and don't be surprised if you get NOTHING done the next few days and feel like pinching yourself to see if you're dreaming!! Congrats and have fun!

Wooooooooohooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!! You sound like, VERY deservedly, one happy mom!!!!!!!!!! Congratulations to your D! May this wonderful school bring everything that you and she could hope for. I am so happy for you both!!!! Congratulations!

TERRIFIC NEWS! I bet she is floating on air. So nice when dreams can come true for your child. I am sure she is deserving and will have a great time. Enjoy this special moment.
