<p>provided you get that ACT score into a higher range, you'll be a pretty competitively applicant. In almost every other area you're fine (although some may be a tad troubled by your class rank). Keep in mind though, schools as selective as Georgetown are always hard to predict, even if you do meet the threshold of "competitive"</p>

<p>Still top 10% in the class... Standardized test scores can be improved in matter of months (with studying of course), so I wouldn't worry about not getting those up... make sure you take 3 SAT IIs though... although not strictly required, it would be unwise to not take them...</p>

<p>Are SAT II's still neccessary even if they took the ACT with writing?</p>

<p>yes it is, I believe it's qualified on the undergraduate website somewhere... again SAT II's are highly encouraged (hint: if you want to get in, take them)...</p>
