of getting into Cornell Dyson?

Hi, I know this community is sick of these "what are my chances of.." questions, but I just really need to know where I stand. Plus, I don't want to waste money on an application if it's hopeless...I'm currently a senior in high school and I was wondering whether I can meet the standards of getting accepted into Cornell Dyson.

I am taking the ACT again and I'm aiming for a 32-34.

Strengths:
- Art supplement will be submitted
Weaknesses
- did not start my own business like other applicants, so it seems :(
- Low GPA
- Would only have 2 AP's on my entire transcript

I feel like I do not even have any shot of getting accepted. It would be a miracle! But I could write a strong essay based on my experience of living out of the country for 2 years, embracing my culture, and having many travel opportunities.

Am I worthy of getting accepted into this program? I know that I can really give my best. I recently "woke up" and I now realize that it's school work is so important for my future.

If I have a smidgen of a chance of getting accepted, please let me know and tell me how I can improve! If not, are there any suggestions for another school that has a prestigious program like this? If I apply to Cornell in general, not this program, would I be accepted?

PS: My dad got his masters from UPenn Wharton...if that should help.

Thank You for your time and response!
