% Of Students Accepted after being Deffered ED

anyone know a number or an estimate?

Not sure, but

A.) don't give up; people DO get in after deferral (like me!)

B.) They DO give particular consideration to the fact that you were willing to bind yourself to Wake; in other words, they appreciate your demonstrated interest.

Remember that getting in ED is actually a tough task. They skim the very top of the applicant pool who is willing to bind themselves to Wake. It makes sense, doesn't it? If the school can rack up some obviously bright kids before they change their mind and want to go somewhere else, it makes the class that much better, in terms of quality of applicants. Don't give up. You can definitely get in after being deferred, it's just a huge pain to wait all that time from ED to March.

Best wishes with your mail in the coming weeks!
