<p>Can anybody comment on the Jefferson 2nd Av apts near the UF campus? I'm going to be a soph in the fall and looking to move off campus. </p>
<p>One of the places I checked out was the Jefferson 2nd Av apts and they look pretty nice. Anybody that has lived there or knows anything about these apts and can comment, please let me know. Any info will be appreciated.</p>
<p>That is where we signed a lease for my D. She’ll be moving in for Summer B. Seems you can’t beat the close walking distance to classes and it being a new property. We liked that you didn’t need to take a city bus to get to class. The apartments and fitness facilities were great.</p>
<p>I’m thinking of living at Jeff. 2nd as well. My friend lives in the estates and tells me that Jefferson is a 5 minute bus drive to campus. The apartment is fully furnished with modern furniture and a nice kitchen. I think the rent’s around 560.</p>
<p>I had to decided between Jefferson and the Estates just recently and decided to go with the Estates. A friend and current student told me that having to ride the bus to campus isn’t that big of a deal and that shouldn’t impact your decision majorly. I walked from Jefferson to the edge of the school and timed it at just under 10 minutes.</p>
