<p>For off-campus housing, would you say there are more houses or more apartments available? Which of the two are more popular among students? </p>
<p>Apartments are more popular. There are some students that rent houses or a room within a house but I don’t think it is nearly as popular. Houses can be cheaper though, if the utilities are included in the rent.</p>
