Hi! If I want to live in off-campus housing for the fall in University Club, Parkside, or the Towers, when is the best time to start looking into a lease? btw I would want to live in a single apartment or a studio. Thanks!

Call them!

Usually there are openings in apartments all the way through the summer and most kids start looking around May or early summer. But the leasing offices should know more specifically about how many studios/singles are available.

Living in a studio in these places is quite expensive, so calling will also tell you the price range you’re look at (close to or upwards of 1,000 a month probably).

I actually had a question about this too. So basically we should start calling around anytime? How hard is it to get into these places? Like University Club and Parkside? If we’re looking for a place on our own, do these places help match you up with people already in the building if you’re looking to room with others to cut down the cost? Sorry for stealing the thread but I didn’t get any replies whenever I post any housing questions my my own thread! lol
