<p>Hi my name is Josh and I am looking for a roommate between the ages of 21 and 26. I live in Via Verde which is a really nice neighborhood in San Dimas California. I am an undergraduate student attending Cal Poly Pomona and I have one year left until I graduate and start grad school. Just recently one of my roommates moved back to his parents house to save money while starting a new job and i've been unable to locate a replacement. We have a nice pool, fire pit, and a built in BBQ in the back yard. I have two other roommates but everyone has their own room with plenty of privacy. Rent is $550.00 pretty cheep for how nice of an area i'm living in, but I have not had much luck so far with finding anyone to move in.
