Off Campus Housing

<p>I was accepted as a transfer student for the fall 2011 term.</p>

<p>I've been looking around at some places and was wondering if anyone had any opinions or recommendations about these places.</p>

<p>The two key factors to me are price and distance to my classes as i'd like to be able to bike there, and put more money into foods :P.</p>

<p>I found the following places at very reasonable rates. I understand they're old and that's why they're cheaper but as long as safety isn't an issue and the A/C at least works I don't mind.</p>

<p>Sun Harbour (part of sun island)
Spanish Trace</p>

<p>Looking for a 2/1 or 2/1.5 or 2/2. Looking for around 600-700 for the 2 rooms.</p>

<p>I’m living off campus too, at Lexington Crossing. For a 4/4, its $395 per person. They’re really nice rooms, and a mile from campus. They also have 2/2’s and 3/3’s, pricing is on their website :)</p>
