Off Campus Housing

Does anyone know of off campus housing that will allow students to have a lease only for the fall semester? Also, can someone tell me how likely it is for someone to sublease off campus housing for the spring and summer semesters?

Thank You

Spring and Summer is pretty likely since UF now takes half of the freshman in the spring instead of all the kids in the fall.

If you are interested in a lease…

Because I am handing over my entire lease, it isn’t a sublease, rather will be transferred to your very own lease. This would be for Fall 2013-Summer 2014. If you do not want to stay for summer, you can then sublease on your own terms as this will now be your lease. I am giving up my lease because I have decided to move in with my boyfriend.

I live with three other girls who are very clean. They are all students at the University of Florida. We live at University Club Apartments. Here is the link: [University Club Apartments - Mobile Version](<a href=“UF Off-Campus Housing | University Club | Gainesville, FL”>http://universityclubapts.com/)

Some of the perks: The apartment is on the second floor. If you are looking at the floor plans of the apartments, I am in room B. The complex has a swimming pool, bus route with frequent buses, 24 hour gym, 24 hour free printing center, car wash station, and valet trash (you place your trash outside your door and have it picked up that morning).

The apartment is all furnished. There is a flat screen in the living room, leather couches, table, chairs, etc. The room comes with a night stand, full size bed, dresser, desk & chair, and you would have your own bathroom. Our apartment also have vaulted ceilings!

You would have your own individual lease, and rent is 485 a month. I have a cheaper price than what is currently being offered because I signed very early. Utilities are all included, you have a monthly cap and if you go over you just have to pay the difference. No pets allowed, sorry!

Please do not hesitate to shoot me an e-mail if you have any questions, my name is Sarah. sarahewilson@ufl.edu/email

Thanks! :)
