Off campus housing

Ok so i am transferring in this january and i still do not have housing i am coming from out of state and i do not know what to do, does anyone here have any off campus housing recommendations? i called Zaragon and west and they are pretty much full and landmark and varsity have some units available but they seem very expensive ( like 1.2k a month!)

anyone know of any semi decent housing similar to landmark, varsity, or Zaragon that would have housing available still for move-in this january?

orientation starts on like the 6th of jan and i am not familiar with the ann arbor area at all. i think i may have to say in a hotel or something for a week while i find a place, but i would like to get a place before i arrive. any advice?

yes i know it is late, but Umich never gave me my decision till like the 20th of december.

There’s a lot of people still looking to sublet rooms in houses. Look at Michigan student facebook groups.

alright thanks, do you which page in specific? i checked the u mich class of 2015 page and it was kinda dead

Try Craigslist sublet listings. There are usually quite a few apartments and rooms available for winter and spring terms.

Craigslist is a great resource, as lb5 mentioned above. I also recommend looking for apartment-houses (houses divided into apartments) as these are very cheap ($500-900 per month EACH).
I am living in a 4 person 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment-house for $550/month next year!
