Howdy yall! I’m planning on living off-campus starting this Fall 2020 and I was wondering if yall could give me some insight on some off-campus housing options. I’m going to tour Callaway Villas, Park West, and Sterling Northgate tomorrow. If anyone could give me some information or their personal experience at these places, I would greatly appreciate it!
Park West is massive but in such a great location. It has a dorm like feel in the towers and more apartment style feel in the flats. 3 pools (one is on rooftop) and great workout facilities. Ample parking as well.
I have heard good things about Callaway Villas from my son visiting friends, but no real specifics.
I know nothing about Sterling. Everything you mentioned tho is close to campus and there are so many more you didn’t mention that are close as well.
Enjoy! Looking at housing was always our favorite part with our kids.
