<p>I was wondering when the best time to look for off campus housing would be. I would like to live in The Annex but everything I've looked at is for June, July at the latest. Also, what are some good sites to look for such apartments, I'm looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom if it's my only choice.

<p>That’s a good place to start. If you want a place for Sept. 1, probably the end of July is when you want to start your search. Keep in mind, though, that that will be the time that EVERYone is looking. 
If you’re looking for a place with roommates, the utoronto livejournal site is also a good resource.</p>
<p>There’s always the old reliable as well: craigslist. Plenty of postings around campus are on there.</p>
