<p>I just recently got accepted to USF. I was wondering , if there are any suggestion on where and which apartment you would recommend. Im trying to find a 2 bedroom place. </p>

<p>Does anyone know if the electricty alottment is included with the rent or is that a seperate bill?</p>
<p>^Base utilities, including electric, are usually included in your regular rent at most of the student apt. complexes–if you go over your electricity allotment you and your roommates will get charged for excess electricity usage. Check your lease and with apt. management to be sure how they do it–keep an eye on your thermostat!</p>
