<p>I do have a couple of friends I knew from high school who go to Cornell, but I’d rather not live with them for my first year. I also have a cousin who lives in ravenwood, but I’m using that as my last resort. </p>

<p>That actually sounds like a perfect idea. Are there many people who move in on campus during spring?</p>

<p>It’s usually just the spring transfers. Also, students graduate in the winter and there are usually rooms that open up then.</p>

<p>In the event you sublet in the fall and can’t get a room on campus in the spring, many students go abroad in the spring and you could sublet again.</p>
