Off the wait list...now what?

Ok...thanks for the advice, everyone. I've given this a great deal of thought. And...

I made the decision to go to UVA (yay) mostly because they accepted me directly into the architecture program, and I decided to go with that instead of graphic design. It's true I've heard a lot about VT's architecture program being in the top 5 in the country, but in the end, I would rather go to a more well-rounded school. There are more reasons I won't go into, but that's my decision. Now I just have to get together another $250...

And as for getting off the wait list, I didn't do a single thing. Didn't even call them back or anything, so it was a nice surprise to get the acceptance letter in the mail. I must have been almost there the first time around.

Jjbro I'm surpised you didn't do anything. I also felt the same way at first and just disregarded UVA until I done some heavy research on it. That's when I realized that UVA is an awesome school. Lately, I've just been sending some stuff about me.

Congrats JJbro! Glad you are happy with your final decision! Enjoy your four years in lovely Charlottesville where they really do make most people leave after four years. Stay focused and push yourself to take advantage of all that is there.

Thanks! I sure will. :D
