Hey CC-ers,
I was just wondering if anybody out there had awesome and successful ideas to raise money for the school. It can be anything ranging from the cliche Baking Sale to the awesome T-Shirt sale. Just send in as many ideas as you possibly can. Thanks in advance!

The sophomore class is selling iPad styluses for $10 that have the school logo/colors/design, which makes sense seeing as how more than 1/2 of the whole student population (and all of the teachers) have them now.

Uhh…

There’s always the car washes, apparently. People love that stuff.

I think my class is also selling sunglasses. What else…

Oh, we also do singing grams on holidays. Singing grams are the best, because we like to buy them for teachers. Get your chorus/madrigals/singing groups together and charge like $3 for a gram that can be delivered with a message (and possibly anonymously) anytime during the day. It’s pure gold.

Basically, take the traditional selling idea and sell things nobody else is selling.

Host a school dance and try to find a cheap DJ/an alum that’s willing to volunteer. Charge $5 for entrance and advertise as much as possible. This has worked out well for us!
