Offcial decisions for class 2013 (if you got your letter)

Where do you live, sushi?

yeah where???

MA
45 minutes outside of boston

i was deferred as well…

Living where?

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh…i want to know!!!

My daughter has a large (9x12ish) white envelope waiting for her from BC. We live close to Boston.

For those who were deferred, my son’s friend was deferred after applying early action two years ago. He is currently enjoying his sophomore year at BC, so don’t give up hope!!

Onthego103 - so can you post your D stat’s - Seems obvious she got in. We are in SoCal and still waiting. I am so nervous for my D - she was deferred from Georgetown. 2 deferrals before Xmas would suck. She has 33 ACT & 3.97 UW GPA, decent EC’s, but didn’t help at Georgetown.

Nothing today in NH

SAT 690 V, 740 M, 790 W

Rank 7/300+ (public high school in Boston suburb)

AP Chemistry (4), AP Statistics (5)

Senior Classes: Honors Physics, AP English, AP Calculus AB, AP Biology, AP French

I was afraid coming from the Boston area might disadvantage her, but apparently things worked out in her favor.

Good luck to everyone else!!

Did she have a high GPA? My D is so worried. We are from SoCal, so probably won’t get her’s until tomorrow. I can’t stand it…

wow those are some amazing stats
im jealous

Deferred
Carroll
3.74 GPA/1840 SAT/Rank: 27 of 235/3 AP Hist.

I’m way over in Washington state. This might take until Saturday, askfdjksdfx!

my sats are low only 1360 but my gpa and class load is good hope i get in im in jersey hopefully hearing tomorrow

welp that was a stab in the back that I took from BC today

looks like im not going to college or will have to go to umass boston or community college

thanks BC, this sux

don’t worry jacobyellsbury, you’ve got good stats and you’re up for competition in the next round. the competition will be less for RD cos the economic crisis has gotten worse, and BC’s an expensive school. everyone just keep your fingers crossed and your hopes up! i hope i find out by the end of the week, it’s so frustrating that the decision has already been made, but we have to wait for snail mail to find out!

i mean they only accept 20 percent off of deferrals so its not looking good, my stats are obviously not good enuf for BC or any similar school like that, i will probably end up at umass boston or something or join the army

i guess it just goes to show you that hard work and bringing your grades up over the course of high school (4.0 junior year UW) does **** for you

guy, chill…seriously…you had a 1970…i’m not sure your gripe is legitimate…
