Offer more APs at school?

How do I get my high school to offer more APs? We only offer about five right now......

Would I start a petition? And then present it to whom?

Does the same apply for dual enrollment courses taught on campus?

I think that if you started that petition, it’ll go through after you finish high school. That was the dilemma at a local high school too.

I’m graduating in the spring, so I wouldn’t be able to take advantage of the new classes anyways. But I still want to make those classes available to future students. Any ideas?

That is really humble and awesome! I would talk directly with the AP teachers first. My friend told me that some teachers aren’t qualified to teach AP because they didn’t take their CSET III’s. Some are and the classes they want to teach do not have enough students signed up to take it. However, the AP Latin class here at my school only had 10 students. So it all depends on your school as well, go to the principal, talk to him. He should understand the need for AP courses.
