Hello,
I just got into UVA as a transfer student for graduation in 2021.
I am just worried that I could have my offer rescinded as my GPA was a 3.72 1st semester, but is a 3.45 2nd semester.
Should I be worried?
No.
Look at the Terms & Conditions on the acceptance letter. But in general, don’t get a D, don’t commit a felony, don’t have lied on your application, and don’t post offensive memes on social media. Congrats.

“It is a condition of this offer that you must complete your present course work with distinguished grades and send an official final transcript as soon as it is available.”
not sure what ‘distinguished grades’ entails, but if my lowest grade is a B or B- i should be safe, right?
Good advice, skieurope
Yes. The college admitted you. They want you. No college wants to rescind an offer, and will only do so for the most egregious acts, like I highlighted in the first post. Enjoy the rest of your semester at your current college, but don’t slack off too much.
