Offered Admission to LSA

If I don't get into engineering, can I still be offered admission to LSA? If so, what do I have to do to let the admissions officers know that I would like to go to lsa...

I think my stats are fine, its just that engineering can be competitive. I'm pretty sure i would make admission to lsa, but i'm not 100% sure about engineering.

32 act math, 32 act overall, 3.9-4.0 gpa

No..I don't think so. You get accepted/deferred/rejected to what you apply too. To be safe, you could apply to LSA and switch to engineering. However, with your stats, I wouldn't suggest it.

Why? Are his stats not good enough for LSA?

^No, Niihla10 is saying that because the OP has strong stats s/he should be able to get into engineering so there is no need to first get admittance into LSA (easier to get into) and then transfer to engineering.

I think u can apply to engineering and if u get rejected, u can apply to lsa before deadline.
