When a college offers early admission, does that mean acceptance, providing I send my grades at the end of the year?

If you mean when you apply in senior year for early action (non-binding) or early decison (binding), then if you receive notification of being accepted it means you are admitted subject to completing high school and submitting final grades. If your senior year grades are bad or you do something like get suspended, they can rescind the admission.

Early Admission usually means you apply during your junior year (a binding program) and go to college next year. Senior year is skipped.
