darn.... u're right...

I had left that one alone until the end but it turned out I wouldn't have enough time so I checked the question and 27 seemed about right. I'm rather happy for that. I didn't get to the last question in the science (which I'm not very confident about) and I know I missed the last question on the reading b/c I was casually rereading the last paragraph of the excerpt or whatever and I saw it but right as I picked up my pencil to fix it, the lady called time. Overall, I'm not very impressed with my performance. Blehhhhhhhhh. At least it's over

"darn.... u're right..."

Sorry :(

That question was a difficult one. It did give me trouble for quite a while. I couldn't get the Law of Cosines to work even after several tries. I kept screwing up somewhere, I guess.

And rifles4watie, did you even have to work it out? because 27 and 28 were the only two possible answers, and with that rule, it would be fairly obvious (although I had forgotten that one)

how about the question that states: "what is false of at least one rectangle?" (something to that sort)

for the law of cosines one can everyone recall all the choices b/c i dont rememebr what one i picked

Jus - yes I still worked it out... I didn't realize the triangle side length rule until just a couple of minutes ago :)

Amyzintha - I believe it was something about diagonals being perpendicular, which is true in a square but not other rectangles. I think that's right but I am not sure.

Masterflor - 28, 27, and then some in the teens. Maybe 19? Don't recall the other two, sorry.

I'm so mad...I know I screwed up so bad on the Science Section.

"I'm so mad...I know I screwed up so bad on the Science Section."

Yeah, I was really rushing the gelatin section. Not to mention there were a couple of other previous ones that I'm worried about.

rifles, you're right about the rectangles. I think 21 was another answer for that other problem. Socrates don't feel bad, I think that I did worse on the science than I did my sophomore year (... a 25...)

What was the science question for 6am and 6pm?
I put both scientists disargeed because it didn't mention time in the passage (I probably am wrong because I just skimmed the passage)

seems everyone Ive talked to had extreme difficulties with science, especially time

any chance for a 10 pt curve?

haahhaha

I didn't get the sun science passage at all.

really? I didnt really get it, I didnt get it at all.

Hey for the first passage in reading. Did it go from B as a diagnal like B,C,D. Then was it D,D then B,B? That was my pattern!!!! DID ANYONE GET THIS PATTERN!!!!!

that section had you going didnt it? heh

yo we should have an official act chatroom on aim. PM me if you want to do so.

Speaking of the Science, arrgh that was a kick in my @ss.

If you're going to make an "OFFICIAL" thread, atleast spell it right my friend.

English and reading were really easy, math was pretty good, I did have to randomly bubble the last 4 questions when time ran out, but I think I did pretty good on most of the tests.
Science - I ended up adopting the "do your best on at least 4" strategy. So I focused on the first 4, reading the paragraph and then answering the questions by refering to the charts (I never tried to understand exactly what they were talking about though, to time consuming). I was running out of time halfway through the 5th one, so i randomly bubbled answers then went back through looking for easy ones that I could get a more accurate answer on and changed them.
I think overall although Science stunk I'll be okay, the rest was very good.

Essay - really don't know, i feel I answered the question well, but I only 2 1/2 pages. Shrugs
Time will tell! Ya'll have better memorys then me, I can think of the questions when you bring 'em up, but I don't remember any particular one's otherwise...
Other then the Haiti reading section, that was neat, I remember that story well...
