<p>As far as the actual office - yes it's closed and if you want to call anyone you will have to wait until the 19th. As far as decisions - I was given the impression UT won't be giving out anymore decisions until after Spring Break. So, if you haven't heard by now start checking again the Monday after Spring Break (the 19th)</p>
<p>Well the housing services office is open, for anyone who wants to know.</p>
<p>But I'm guess all you are worried about the office of admissions, so you probably don't care hehe</p>
