<p>Penn's website says that transcripts, etc. must be sent to the Office of Transfer Credit in order for them to assess what classes are transferrable, but I can't find an address for this office anywhere. I called admissions and they directed me to the registrar, but she was out and I haven't been able to reach her. Does anybody have any experience with this?</p>
