Lol my 5 stems completely from cramming - a week before the test I would have gotten like a 2

Predicted a 4, but hoped for at least a 3. Satisfied with my 3

I got a 4, but I predicted a 5. On all the practice tests that I took, I got a five. I also studied extremely hard and compared to my classmates, knew a lot more of the material. I wasn’t feeling that great on the day of the exam, so maybe that’s it. I knew I got three multiple choice wrong right off the bat. I left a couple of blank but not much. As for the essays, I really liked my DBQ and I thought I did ok on the FRQ. Now that I think about it, I may have messed up on one of the FRQs.

Gah! All that studying gone to waste.

Got my 5 yesterday in the mail! AMSCO and Crash Course really helped me out for this one. My teacher had a great personality and all, but he didn’t really teach us thoroughly. I thought the multiple choice on this exam was kinda harder than those in the released tests, so I was afraid that I lost my chances at a five. I think I did extremely well on the DBQ, but I had like 30-35 mins to write the last two essays! Yeah…my hand pretty much fell off midway and my handwriting was a scrawl. Phewww…that test was one adventure!

Prediction: 5
Actual Score: 5 :D

The exam was actually pretty easy in my opinion. The AMSCO book helped so much. This is the one score I’m extremely proud of, especially since APUSH is a killer class.

5: 57
4: 21
3: 3
2: 1
1: 0

Predicted a 5. Actually got a 5. I never really studied for the exam, but history has always been my favorite subject and I knew most of the material beforehand. I also skimmed through AMSCO (which is hands down the best book for APUSH).

Just FYI, the preliminary score breakdown for APUSH from the CB…

377,771 total test takers

5 - 11.0%
4 - 18.8%
3 - 22.9%
2 - 25.9%
1 - 21.4%

Total “pass” rate (3+) of 52.7%
