i transferred to berkeley from cc last year and I must warn you,
when you go to CAL this is what u should expect to see…

:)

@slow shame on you! haha Naw I don’t blame you actually, I don’t even know how it got so crazy long haha :)

@SFwarrior I know, for one thing UCLA is in a much nicer area than Cal

@al3har hahaha That’s a great video - the best part is definitely where he isn’t sure whether or not to run from the Dinosaur hahaha. So do you really go to Cal? How does the campus seem to you? I mean, do you like it there?

@solidblu…the campus is awesome, its such a beautiful place and there’s so much to do… and lots of good places to eat around campus as well…you 'll love it…it is however quite dangerous at night in secluded areas

@al3harrington - dangerous!? Really? in what way? and for who?

i didnt mean to turn anyone off from CAL, as i said before its an awesome place and i love it: so much to do so much culture, i can go on…; its gotten safer over the years, so i ve been told, but there a robbery once in a while. like with common sense in any city area, dont walk around at night in the dark secluded areas by yourself in the middle of the night and you ll be fine!

@al3 for some reason I totally thought you were talking about Davis as being dangerous  I can definitely see it as being dangerous, I’d just have to watch myself

I have a quick question: would Berkeley allow me to double major in Anthropology and Biology, or Anthropology and Psychology? If not, would Davis be more open to allowing me to either switch majors or double major?

not really sure about biol (but all the sciences are super intense here so if you do want to do a science here, make sure your up for it)…but I know psych is an impacted major meaning that there is a limited amount of spots, but if your serious about doing it, you’ll probably get in. (probably have to complete certain prereqs at CAL with a certain gpa). You can easily declare a double major in anthropology, and from what I’ve been told and teh grade distributions, it’s one of the easier majors at Berkeley.
