<p>Reading posts from years ago about Berkeley appeals, people mentioned rounds. Who knows, though? It’s probably all rumors.</p>
<p>I’m not going to college. Sick california. So much for that top 9% guaranteed UC. Sweet deal.</p>
<p>I just found out at 4:45 pst that i was accepted into berkeley on appeal for fall 2012! best wishes to people who have not found out yet! And if you didn’t get in on appeal I’m sure you will do just fine at the other amazing school that you will be going to! I honestly never thought my appeal would work. I was shocked, shaking, and crying when I found out. Honestly the greatest day of my life!</p>

<p>Scarlet8 yep. I put all my money into UCs and Csus. Waitlisted at ucsb & csulb. No acceptances. </p>
<p>But hopeless at this point ucsb didn’t accept anyone last year off the wait list. Budgets got tighter this year for both UC and csu. So I seriously don’t have any hope.</p>

<p>Scarlet8, I appealed to all of them and so at haven’t heard back. Berkeley was my dream tho/: I’m so devastated I cant believe that after giving everything into high school I’m going to a cc. I know it’s still an option but I can’t believe it. Should’ve applied to privates</p>
<p>Sorry, ithinkican93. That really blows. I wish I had applied to private schools as well; unfortunately, I could not find any I would be willing to attend with my major.</p>

<p>To those who appealed, is response or lack of response tied to OOS status? I’d be interested to know if the Californians were notified today and the OOS students that applied will be announced later (or vice versa.)</p>
