**OFFICIAL** 2013 AP World Thread

OMG, 5.7% got a 5. This exam is getting me worried.

ahh, freaking out a little. this was my first ap, took it as a freshman…
i know i bombed the last essay (that every1 else felt good about…) i picked (drumroll please) the freaking ottoman empire.
scores in less than 2 weeks!!
My opinions:
MC- very wordy and long, other than that relatively easy
DBQ- didn’t totally understand the question (regional conflict in what sense?) and my groupings may have been off from discussing with classmates
CCOT- apparently classmates had trouble with this one, but i felt very good about it, talked about dark ages, islamic empires, and something else i forgot about
CC- bombed it. i did sooooo bad. SO bad. don’t talk about it.
i would love a 5 of course, but realistically a 3 or 4 probably.

Good luck to everyone. I barely prepared for the essays. The DBQ essay required a lot of analysis, I spent an hour (I think?) on that one. I checked the website someone previously linked and it looks like APWH has the least percentage of people who got a 5 out of all the other AP exams. Remember- APWH is a college level class.

Early scores are out, I couldn’t sleep so I checked mine…
I got a 4

Got a 4 on my 1st AP exam!!

I want to know my score, but it says July 8. But there is also for early people, can I go on that, or I need to wait?

I stayed up all night too, I got a 3. First AP exam ever… AND I didnt write the CCOT because I had no idea what was going on… hahah

Oh lawd, I got a 5!

I’m so relieved, especially since I thought that I bombed the MC and semi-bombed the CCOT. I guess I made up for it with my DBQ and CC.

Good luck to anybody who hasn’t received their scores yet! If you put in the time to study, you should be in good shape for a 4 or 5.

Apmaster, here’s the link for early access, but it depends on where you live

[How and when to get your scores](<a href=“View Your AP Scores – AP Students | College Board”>View Your AP Scores – AP Students | College Board)

Gtz on the 5 Ninhja

Got a 4… Should have studied more. Bombed the fr And left 10% of multiple choice blank. A bit surprised.

For the ppl who accessed their scores early, do you have to type in your ap # to see your score?

Hehehe guess I’m part of that 5.7 % who got a five. Totally bsed the ccot.

I got a 5! And weirdly enough, I did not have to enter my AP number to view my scores!

How do you type in your AP #?? I’ve spent like 30 minutes trying to view my scores. When I clicked on “View my scores” , it shows that your scores aren’t available yet. I am in the early window time frame.

To anybody wondering how to access their scores…

–@Wskimo: If you’ve taken the SAT’s already, there’s a chance that you won’t have to enter your AP# in order to access your scores. If the Collegeboard was able to verify that the account is connected to you (the student taking the AP test), all you have to do is log in. That’s what happened to me.

–@TheAnomalist: I think you have to be logged into your Collegeboard account to access them.

I’ve logged into my CB account; I can’t find the place where to input my AP number. ;(

Woooo 4 as a freshie even with the terrible curve :D

Really mad here. Got a 4. I really thought I got a 5.

uhm a “3”…what?! I could swear that I killed the essays & MC. I put a lot of time into this exam since it was my first. Is a re-score feasible?

I got a 5. Know I did well on the multiple choice because it was very easy. Essays were so so not my best work but good enough for a 5 apparently. 60 percent of people got 0’s on the second essay though.
