If I applied to Smith, but my acceptance letter doesn't mention Smith, I guess this means I was accepted to UMD, but not into the business program? Very disappointed (2370 SAT and 4.6 wgtd/4.0 unwgtd GPA and good ECs...)??? I knew it was hard to get into, but didn't think it was THAT hard...

collegeforme91- no one found out if they got into smith (at least no one on this board) I think when the packet comes we will find out if we got into smith

Thank you - someone else just told me that toog - I assumed that when some people wrote they were accepted into Smith, it was written on their online letter -- just like the invitation to Honors was!! Feel much better now!!!!

So does anyone know if you were accepted into the school that you applied to. I got into Maryland and Honors but it doesn't mention if I got into Clark School of Engineering.

Comments: My GPA and SATs weren't so hot, but considering that i am instate, and also that I am first generation American speaking a different language at might have helped the decision process. Also my essay was on growing up as a first generation American and the hardships of conforming
