ive been seriously waiting for any kind of ringing… :(

Swarthmore but Harvard would be nicer

Stanford for me. Will probably still be Stanford if I get off the waitlist unless I can convince my parents otherwise…

Rice for me…Harvard for sure if I get off

Haha, I just turned on the TV to stay busy during my supper and check this out: they are playing “From Homeless to Harvard”, that story of Liz Murray.

Oh Lifetime Channel Irony… :-)

yale or stanford…just got off stanford’s list so i have to decide

Let’s keep up the hope. Until tomorrow…

Duke, am planning to major in engineering. Duke has 19% of student body matriculating in engineering, Harvard has 5%. Tells you something about the priorities of the university’s admin allocating their resources, but my Dad is an alum and is crazy that I go to Harvard.
Princeton, where I didn’t get in (in spite of strong legacy there too) has 18% student body in engineering, and would have been the best choice in some ways.
However, Duke looks great to me, especially because it’s not in the Northeast (where I live) and has superb engineering resources. Getting off the waitlist would present a dilemma–however, I am curious and would like to have the choice.

wanted yale, got deferred then rejected.
so i had to choose between dartmouth, upenn and duke and right now am planning on going to dartmouth, which i’m happy about.
but i’d still like to get a call from harvard… :-)

tufts if i go 0 for 6 on these waitlists…

middlebury : )

0 for 6…jeez, which waitlists are you on?!?

Amherst,
i’ve been reading this thread for a while and i dont know why but until now i’m writing, i’m glad that i’m not the only one whose anxious for Harvard’s notification …

yet i was wondering if ‘the call’ that makes us all so nervous also applies to international waitlistees because i got all of my rejections, acceptances and waitlist-notifications and all the other stuff by email and then by mail… if any of u know please let me know! thnkss

Also doing Penn if the whole Harvard thing doesn’t work out =)

Me, Dartmouth… But definitely Harvard, if i get off the list…lol

Dartmouth and looking forward to it (not that I’d turn down Harvard, just in case you were wondering :)

ready for another day of waiting :)

UChicago for Econ ans i am happy with it! I am waiting for an email since i am an intenational and i guess that they email us.

Hey 1991, I am from Canada so I am an international student as well. Are you sure they email us instead of call? Just wondering lol . . . so I don’t have to get nervous everytime the phone rings :P

^instead of worryig about a phone call you’ll just be checkig your email every chance you get, lol. No, but that’s probably easier.

Today could be the day! :)
