Hmmm… 3 or so from CA and 2 from PA? What about MN? :(

congrats to all of you!
i read on last year’s thread that some people called in to see if they were rejected… do you think we can do that? i’m not sure if i want to, but i am wondering if the option is there.

@kclubs - Congratulations! Harvard has wonderful financial aid (truly unparalleled) and we hope you join us in Cambridge in the fall!

Question to those who got off the wait list (congrats by the way) just wondering what schools you had committed to?

Do you think they will call after 6? Or are they gonna call tomorrow if there are any more?

do you think any region will go undiscussed completely if, for example, that region had a high yield?

Does anybody know if Georgia has been dicussed? Have people received calls from Georgia?

any news/updates for michigan?

im getting a gut feeling that if we dont receive a call by tonight, our fate is pretty much decided…

same. but I’m honestly feeling pretty ok with rejection.

same here, but a rejection is still going to hurt…

To the rest of us who didn’t get admitted as of now, will we be getting a rejection letter any time soon or are they keeping all waitlistees till the bitter end of July 1?

they don’t keep everyone. I think most of us will get a rejection, and some will be put on the extended waitlist.

I sense a rejection :(

i should have declined the invitation to be on this dumb waitlist. i wouldnt have wasted hours of my life, and i could have at least said that harvard never rejected me. but now it is inevitable…

Whoops, some people in my area have been hearing back from Harvard, but no one was at my house today! School, work…and no one at the phone. I’m sure this has been asked, but what happens if we miss the call?

I don’t know…maybe you could give the admissions office a call? (Though that might just annoy them)

cranberry, I think they email you if they don’t get a hold of you

they try home, then cell, then email you if necessary to schedule a phone call

I realize that this may sound callous, but does anyone think the recent shooting in front of Kirkland House will affect Harvard’s yield?
