<p>Wait, what do you get as a semifinalist? What if it’s a two-person team from different schools?</p>
<p>You get a T-shirt with all the semifinalists’ names on the back, a backpack with the Siemens insignia embroidered on it, and last year, a Kindle with ads. All team members get the same thing, even for members in different schools - they send it to your house. Last year they sent the stuff a week before Christmas or something.</p>

<p>I don’t remember… They didn’t come up and tell me, after all. I just went to the office in like February and it was there. So really unsure.</p>
<p>If you are a semi or regional finalist, buy a copy of USA Today today because your name is gonna be in there.</p>
<p>The banner came to my school today, and a letter came to my home congratulating me on being a semifinalist.</p>
<p>haha, I got a letter basically saying “sorry you didn’t make it, there were 2440 projects this year”</p>
