*"Official" 2013 USABO*

The website still says March 6th ( tentative). Does that mean they might postpone the announcements? Also, do they normally post it in the morning like SATs or later in the day?

Last year results were posted at 5 PM EST.

They’re posting at 5 PM EST on March 7th

did they seriously delay it again? are they trying to take as long as possible or something?

Delayed to March 7th “due to the impending storm”

i did not hear of any “storm”…

because of winter storm “Saturn” that is approaching DC area.

Is Semi-Final always a one week after the Open Exam result release day?

God this is so annoying… How would posting the results before a storm (like…now?) be prevented by a snow storm?

^exactly my thoughts

Are the semifinals results posted on a website?

I am so excited to find out my score!

@numbersense: the results were delayed again because of some “storm”… so we might find out tomorrow after 5 PM(unless the results are delayed AGAIN…)

This is ridiculous. Another day we have to wait because of a “storm”.

cut off is 25, 640 students made the semi-final this year according to the administrator
good luck to you all…

Wow… the cut off was 25?

@topgun65 : Do the teachers already have the information? How did you find out?

Is it confirmed the cutoff is 25? If so then …

Do you know what the highest score on the exam was?

Is this information posted somewhere, or did you have to call the CEE office? I don’t doubt the cutoff score, but 25 for this seems fairly low…

Also, any idea when CEE publishes the open score distribution like they did last year: [Imageshack - 2012usabooehistogram.png](<a href=“ImageShack - Best place for all of your image hosting and image sharing needs”>ImageShack - Best place for all of your image hosting and image sharing needs)

If the cutoff is 25, then most people did worse than they thought. I doubt it’s 25; it’s too low.
