<p>I got that certificate too. I am wondering the same thing. Anyway, I won’t be surprised if I didn’t make top 20. There is always next year!</p>
<p>I think everybody receives an honorable mention certificate. About 30-35 people should receive and email saying that they are “in consideration for finalist” in the next few days. Finalists should be notified next week. Then, by April 16 all finalists will be announced publicly.</p>
<p>Also, what does everyone’s “exam results” page say? Mine is blank for Semifinal Exam part</p>

<p>^^I do not know of such an instance; I’m assuming they contact 20 first and then contact additional people as necessary</p>

<p>I read in a previous thread that, upon receipt, CEE replies back with a “Confirmation of Receipt”. I sent mine in yesterday, and have yet to receive a response. My email has been glitchy, so I was wondering if anyone else received a confirmation of receipt (and more to the point, whether or not I should re-send).</p>
<p>I haven’t gotten a reply from CEE yet and I sent my email Friday afternoon. I imagine it must be that they don’t work over the weekend and thus haven’t checked their email.</p>
