For me, the Summer in NYC and Fall in NYC applications say “non-renewable undergraduate,” but the Spring one has disappeared. It just says “No terms for the specified date range.” Is anyone else’s doing that? I’m guessing this isn’t a good sign…

@crushingpennies that’s what mine looks like also! I don’t know. I’m just hoping that they haven’t made a decision yet which is why our housing applications are showing up like that. Also, someone said from a previous thread that the accessibility doesn’t necessarily mean acceptance into the school. SO… we’ll just have to wait to find out I guess :P

@hopefully I also got all my materials checked off in April but my housing statues haven’t changed… I applied to CAS as well. I am so worried … Are you a rising sophomore?

I hate to be a pessimist but I highly doubt that accessing the housing portal means anything given that it’s available to everyone. I could be wrong, but it doesn’t seem promising to me.

Ok I’m sorry but I need to vent. I’m seriously freaking out because the high school transcript box on Albert still hasn’t been checked off. I called 10 days ago to confirm that they received my transcript and they said that they had it. Then literally 3 days later I received an email saying that my application is incomplete. wth?? Do you think they would have told me if my transcript was missing the date of graduation when I called? I emailed admissions a few days after receiving that email to see what was going on and they still haven’t gotten back to me. Now I’m like on the verge of a nervous breakdown lololol

@hopefully Thanks!! It was a trip walking by all the schools we mention here regularly. I hope you guys get in so you can experience it! The department tour was so cool. It sold me, for sure! Totally excited to place my deposit! I am going to come back and take the general tour next weekend and check out the dorms. I really really really want to live here, but I will probably commute from central jersey.

@theyadoreyou That sounds great!! How much does your deposit end up being if you don’t mind me asking. & why do you think you’ll end up commuting?

@hopefully The deposit is $500. If you apply for housing it’s another $1000. I would totally live there if my aid package was better, but I’d save a considerable amount of money commuting.
