<p>@dwarnock, i submitted my common app on march 22nd and my writing supplement on march 29th. I feel like because i’m reading of so many acceptances on this thread that they’re saving all the rejections for some time this week or something! that will really suck a lot</p>

<p>@ihatemycollege14 yeah rejections are less inclined to post and also if u look through the thread (I hate to say it) but there are quite a bit of rejections. So we should still have some hope that they aren’t just saving all rejections till the end</p>
<p>hey, i still havent heard back from nyu. i applied the last day though with a 3.6 overall gpa and a 3.75 gpa in my major. i’m legacy and asked for no financial aide and had some great letters of recs. but at this point i just want a rejection…its ridiculous how long we have been waiting. </p>
<p>oh and also @thecollegekid24 my mom does a lot for nyu as an alumnae so unless youre going to give at least a hundred thousand i dont think donations will work. </p>

<p>Received an email today at 5:07 AM saying that my financial aid award was now available. My full need was met, but contained a ridiculous amount of loans. I declined the offer of admission; hopefully some waitlisted candidate (who can afford to go) will get in! Best of luck to everyone still waiting.</p>
