@spazzer4501 we’re just having some fun while we wait
I thought I did alright. I also missed a few on A and B, but I think I got most of C. The only thing I’m unsure of is that stupid ssDNA :(

pretty suspect since Albert’s doesn’t even mention it

i’m bored. i want my score. can we talk about something meanwhile?

when do emails come out? definitely this weekend?

hopefully

yeah that’s what Bean said

I hope I did well on the multiple choice, since I missed Problem 1 of Section C (which I painfully realized shortly after leaving the test room)

Well, 10 points wasted in a dumb mistake…

did you have to show lots of work for the first part C problem to get full credit?

Probably just enough so the graders can tell you have an idea of what to do (assuming you got the correct answer at least). I’m not really sure what would happen if you just put down the correct answer without any work though

I think finalist emails are this weekend, though if you didn’t make it, you find out your score next wednesday.

I guessed 3/8 : @-)

do i get points?

Honestly not sure, I would guess you’ll get at least a few points for it though! Then again, this is my first time so I am honestly not too familiar with the grading system.

aw crap. I did my work on the scrap paper and put the answer down on part C. We should get full credit, though, as it never asked us to show our work. past exams have never asked for work either, i think.

@botherme, then you should probably be fine! Like I said, I’m kinda not familiar with the rules at all

I’m in the same situation… Then again, my “work” consisted of several badly drawn pedigree-style family trees, so I’m not sure how much having my work would’ve helped

scribble scribble …and then a miracle occured!

^Yep pretty much same here. please please please give me credit, CEE…

Well good luck to all USABOers 2014!

best of luck to all of y’all!
