<p>Accepted on 2/27 for software engineering. Pretty stoked, didn’t think I’d have a chance, tbh. Nevertheless, one of my two top schools. My CSU GPA is 3.95 and my SAT is 1700. From the Bay Area. Did two years of cross country. 5 APs total, some Honors. Didn’t really go to clubs. Good luck guys! :)</p>

You are not alone ! I also doubted my self too , I though my SAT wasn’t good enough ( because everyone I know did really well) and I didn’t think I would get in to ANY college for that matter , but here we are going to one of the best colleges in the US for out respective majors ( i.e Architecture and Engineering ! )</p>

<p>I was accepted to a software engineer with a uc gpa of 4.18 and act superscore of 30. But I don’t think I will go there because its too far (I live in oc). I’ll probably end up going to cal poly or uci (if I get accepted), or ucsd/ucla (unlikely)</p>

<p>For transfer students, Cal Poly doesn’t even consider SAT scores in the decision process. It said so right on the app, and it was confirmed when I called to ask them about it. </p>
<p>I believe this applies to freshman admissions as well, but I am not positive.</p>
