[] Why you think you were accepted/rejected: submitted sat 2s and my recommendation letters we horrible

for anyone who hasn’t applied yet, make sure you read your teacher’s letter of recommendation! i thought my teacher would write a GREAT letter and i asked him for it after i needed it for a scholarship (THAT IS LEGAL) SO DO IT. and it was short, choppy, and generic. DONT MAKE THAT MISTAKE. please. save urself. the other teacher was LAZY. and did pretty much the same. i found that my counselor and other teacher wrote excellent letters because they were honest people and cared about me and others in their class. Find the people who have a heart and care about others to write your recs. believe me. it makes a difference. or you’ll end up with a red sign at the top of your post like me : ] but i still want to go to my other dream school lol so its not such a bummer for me! good luck!

Reflection
Strengths: SATs, going to a school with an amazing reputation (which didnt really help, im pretty sure all our ED applicants were rejected, lol)
Weaknesses: school grades, maybe teacher recs (we’re forced to waive our rights to read them, so i have no idea what my teachers wrote)
Why NYU? great environment, great business school
Why you think you were accepted/rejected: made the mistake of submitting ALL my SAT scores, some of which were not so impressive. school grades are also not as strong!
