<p>Yeah i took the writing section and got my scores back. I didn’t get the essay score, just the composite. The essay doesn’t affect the composite does it? I’m so happy I got a 35.</p>

<p>Same, i took writing but essay score wasn’t there. Composite and subsection scores were all there though.</p>

<p>I got my essay score today. It was an 8. My combined english/writing score was a 31 and my composite was a 35. How badly does this 8 hurt my overall score?</p>

<p>FEB 20th ESSAY/WRITING SCORES ARE UP </p>

<p>I got a 10 which lowers my English from a 33 to 32. Not much of a change.
And my 35 Composite is what colleges will look at anyway.</p>

<p>I got my scores today. 34 composite, pretty happy for first time. 35 English, 34 Math, 33 Reading, 33 Science.</p>

<p>I was suprised at my essay score (an 8), however. I consider myself to be a pretty good writer, and I thought my essay was one of my best writing samples. oh well…</p>

<p>About 2-and-a-half pages. The length is probably what hurt me, but I thought I had good content and flow.</p>
