@secoja8, are you being sarcastic? lol you do know you could pass with that score (a 3 probably)

^ Here’s a link to a practice test released by the Collegeboard.

For anyone that has already taken this test, is the practice test linked above accurate, easier, or harder than the actual test?

@tigerash haha! I forgot you still get high scores with less than half correct. But I didn’t do any free response questions, just multiple choice. :p

Yeah a 44/100 is not bad, I mean if you do outstanding on CRQs, you could get a 5 with that. However, yeah at that rate you are looking at a 3 maybe 4.

Still, you have two weeks or so left to review man. More than enough time to pull it up.

I haven’t reviewed a single bit besides the beginning diagnostic test
On the CRQs I would not do very well at all. So looking at it, I’d probably be receiving a 2 if I were lucky.
On the happier note, since I’m more of a Math and Science guy, I don’t really think colleges will give a crap about what I got on the Human Geography AP exam.
“You got a WHAT on your AP Human Geography exam??? Sorry, but we can’t let you be a mechanical engineer.”

Hey guys, so I got two pretty useful things from my teacher. I am uploading them now on a .rar file…I think its pretty standard at this point that everyone has WinRar right?

1st is a list of topics that may be a CRQ question written by a guy who is one of the main guys who writes the CRQ questions according to this [AP* Human Geography (Combined)](http://waltonapsi.typepad.com/aphumangeography_combined/)
So I would say his topics are close to accurate or may be what you see on the exam.

2nd is a 65 page review outline that my teacher claims is better than AP Barrons scam…“he has something against Barrons idk lol”. Pretty much gives you the important run down of topics fast along with examples in bullet points. I find this to be really easy to read and something to review say the last few nights before the exam. I would only use this if you actually have taken the class or already read something like Barrons.

Here is the link to the .rar file:
MEGA;

If you think its a virus…then I guess don’t download it. I can guarantee you its not.

Here are some other links my teacher put up on Blackboard for us.

And finally…a list of vocab cards made already on Study Stacks
[AP Human Geography Study Resources](Free AP Human Geography Flashcards)

I figured a lot of people self study, and don’t have access to this kind of stuff teachers like mine dig for on the internet…so I thought someone may find it useful.

Good luck!

Bump! Exam is next Friday :s

Final took the first practice test.

Got a 76% on the MC and only 1-2 points off on each of the CRQs. With that, I got a 5 according to appass. Since I graded the CRQ myself according to examples, I checked to see how much I’d get if I got two extra off on each question and still got a 5…and then 3 extra got me a 4.

All in all…I am feeling really confident about this exam…better than last year with AP USH scoring 3s barely 4s on the practice tests.

Does anyone have links to the released exams? That would be great.

I think the 2008 practice exam has been posted. After a long time, I have finally found the 2006 released exam. However, one copy does not have the answers, and the other copy is missing the first page. So you will have to download both files to have the complete test with answer key.

Thank you so much. I have been wandering around on the interwebs for the 2006 released exam :D.

So since our AP test is Friday, what would be the best way to review. I have a review book, but what would be another good resource to use?

@procrasinator

See my post at the top of the page, I gave a ton.

Know the models/theories, vocab, world map, and have a grasp at the big ideas that I would assume you pick up from just class and your review book… and you should be fine.

@killerskullz

I looked all over but I can’t find the 2006 released test anywhere. Do you happen to have it?

Read my post thoroughly lol. I posted the links a few posts back.

I want to self-study next year, how good is Ethel Wood’s HUG book? I used his Comparative Gov book for self-study and feel confident in at least a 4

Barrons has worked well for me so far.

Well the test is technically tomorrow, so does anyone have any last minute studying tips?

@swimmergirl7311

Review your notes, practice tests, and vocab/terms!

I made these on Quizlet - it is a collection of all of the key terms from this year’s AP Barron’s book.

Is everyone excited for the test tomorrow?!
