Seems to be a typo
[Newton’s law of universal gravitation - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia](Newton's law of universal gravitation - Wikipedia)

Ah, yeah, I thought it was an error.

Keep in mind that the first form (-Gm1m2/r2) is the incorrect one. The correct way to write it would have been (-Gm1m2/r^2)…

Gm1m2/r is the potential energy, not the force, due to gravity between two spherical masses.

On Barron’s, how much harder are the tests than the real thing?

for mechanics, is going over the answers to FRQs and then after a while actually doing the questions a good method?

I found these two helpful lecture series:

I’m taking E&M and trying my best

I love AstroBlue!!!

I am cramming for Mech. I just started reviewing for Mech… T_T

Got a 5 in Cal BC last year. But suck at physics (Anyone knows why?)

I’m getting pretty psyched for Mechanics! Opted not to take the E&M test since I’m self studying supplementing a physics B class.

Does anyone happen to have the AP Physics C: Mechanics 2009 released exam? If necessary, I have other AP released exams that I am willing to exchange, as well as the AP Physics C multiple choice from 1988-2004.

What was the hardest year for AP Physics C: Mechanics free response and multiple choice, if they were separate? I figure it would be best to practice the harder ones since 2007-now is relatively easy, atleast the free response.

Well, in my opinion Arcane, I would recommend that you try the 2011 AP Physics C: Mechanics free response, especially Mech 3.

Any suggestions for E&M? I’m having a really hard time getting through it

A reminder about how you don’t need an amazing score to get a 3/4/5 to those stressing:

I really have no idea for the hardest EM free response. But, here is a website with frqs from 1973-2009 for EM and Mechanics: [Index of /physics/apreleasedexams](http://dump.harishlall.com/physics/apreleasedexams/).

anyone else basically winging the electricity and magnetism exam

i’m just taking the physics c mechanics test(self study)
i’m sooooooooo excited(mainly cause I get to miss class lol)

How come there aren’t any Physics C Cram Sheets besides equations? Something like Calculus where “if you see this, do…”. Ive seen a few ap exams and they generally ask similar things. If anyone knows of such a godly item, please please for the life of me tell me.

I am ONLY taking E&M this year right after Biology…May the force be with me. Been reading and trying so hard for Physics, it just doesn’t come to me. Princeton Review kinda sucks for me and thats the only one I bought :(. Going to try watching videos online. I have no other way. If anyone has any idea I can learn a lot of this stuff very finitely and accurately, please let me know. And yes in other words find the cosmic cube and give it to me, i.e. very unlikely

:’(

Oh my god E&M… well I don’t know my magnetism stuff very well. lol
Yeah you don’t need a very high score to get a 5, but the exam itself is harder. You should try to answer every question at least.

Best of luck to you guys, as test day is drawing nearer…
