***OFFICIAL AP US History Thread 2013-2014***

@BassGuitar AP_Trevor. Gotta love his Twitter. “The question bombed by most AP Physics B students: Q6 on atomic physics; >40% of students earned 0/10 pts.” Unfortunately, this will be the lot of us for AP Chemistry.

I also feel like I got a 4 now because I did worse than I expected to do on MC and my essays weren’t thought out enough to be strong and boost me up to a 5. :frowning: Oh well.

What I will be really interested to see is the curve on the AP chem test.

OMG not fair, scores come out for me on Sunday. Should I just fake a ip address and get it over with???
I’m not really worried about US, there is no way I will get less than a 4. The thing that I am worrying about is calc, I better get a 4, I do not want a 3.

@APmaster007‌ Officially, I get my scores on the 8th, but I’m just going to be using a VPN to access my scores early. It might be against their policy but it’s extremely unlikely that they’d do anything about it. It’s your risk to take.

OMG, never mind, my scores don’t come out on Sunday, they come out on the 9th. OMG, not fair. I don’t remember this being this way last year. Didn’t everyone was able to see their scores on the 5th. What’s up with this new crap???

@APmaster007‌ I live on the East Coast (MA) and was supposed to get my scores on the 9th, but I used a proxy and got them today. Last year, the order in which one was able to see their scores was reversed, so the states like MA which are last this year, were first last year.

5 woo! FWIW, I was supposed to get my scores on a later date but because I checked from my phone and am currently trekking across the West I was able to see mine today.

Got a 4. A bit disappointed because I really wanted a 5 and probably would’ve gotten it if it hadn’t been for the essays, but all is well. Just glad the wait is over.

Does anyone know if we can see our individual scores for the MC portion and/or essays? I saw on the Collegeboard website that teachers get this info- can we ask them for it?

@pmmywest No we can’t see the individual MC and FRQ scores.

This site has all the score distributions: <a href=“2014 AP Exam Score Distributions”>2014 AP Exam Score Distributions;

790 subject test, 5 on the ap.

2 years of US History and I get a freakin 4. Are you serious? No way that this is my score.

@Hawkace lol it happens. I finished the multiple choice with 15-20min left to go, thinking the multiple choice was the easiest I had ever seen. Seems like I was wrong… expected a 5, got a 4.

@ScienceNerd7 Do you know if our teachers can see our performance on individual sections?

@pmmywest I don’t think they can, however, I have read that they can receive our FRQ packet (with our answers in it, but they cannot see any grades).

I got a 5 on the exam, and was expecting a 3 since the exam. It was a very pleasant surprise.

780 on the subject test and a 5 on the AP test… highly satisfied :D

700 on subject test and 4 on the ap test! im pretty glad.

4 and didn’t write one essay or DBQ all year :|
