Official April SAT Score Thread

^you are also a god among men

cc77cc, thats great advice, thats excactly what I did for only about a couple hours each weekend for about a month before the test, taking the practice tests and reviewing the questions I got wrong. I basically worked on speed, answering the easy ?'s incredibly fast so I could really take my time on the last few hard ones. This method worked better for me than for some people taking tutoring classes, and it took less time and was free. Just buy that official college board study book and take the tests (also read the other review).

From my 219 PSAT (before studying)
- 680 M
- 710 CR
- 800 W

after studying...

2340 SAT:

790 M

750 CR

800 W

people who actually care to study do a lot better

This is so true, my PSAT CR score of 650 went up to 770 in the actual SAT from studying.

Hey, thanks for the advice. I only did 2 practice tests before the April SAT. I definitely plan on doing the whole book this summer:).

I'm taking the SAT ... May 6 after i'm crucified on my APELC test...
anyway, people who were saying the PSAt estimates had a bigger gap with writing, I have no idea what you're talking about, every single one of my estimates are 8 pts apart (ie: 68-76),even my wrting.

I seriously don't think that anyone on this website likes me.

I think it just depends on how much effort you have put into the test.

My PSAT estimate for writing (71) was a perfect prediction (I got a 710) on the SAT. My essay also got the same score. That's a really crappy sign . . .

2300
M: 790 (*** -_- 1 question wrong)
CR: 800
W: 710 (Essay: 9 :/ idk how that happened)

PSAT was 217

2120
M- 800
CR - 650 [yeah, i know. i'm always horrible at cr.]
W - 670. essay - 10. [really messed up the grammar]

retaking in october.
