Sure.
They replied back pretty quickly. They said they will release the decisions for RD on 18 MARCH @zekosadieurokrem
@ZainSD thank you so much! I look forward to Friday!
Hey guys! I was accepted December 19 through EA. I know many of you are extremely nervous especially wondering if your grades were up to Bard’s standards. Honestly, don’t worry, I had a super low GPA(around 75th percentile) in my school and I didn’t submit test scores. Although it was a crucial piece of my application, it didn’t bring down my application. Im an IB student and I had tons of leadership positions such as 4 consecutive years of student council(graduating VP), Executive Director of the Global Issues Network Conference in my country and I also managed to get 4 internships throughout my High school life(Asian Development Bank, World Bank, European Union Comission and Dept. of economic affairs in the Indian Government). Apart from the above I had stellar Rec’s and my counsellor told me my essay was one of the best he read this year. I guess what I’m saying is that Bard truly believes in Holistic Admissions and they won’t accept you solely based on grades but more on a desire to learn and benefit from a quality education. If you’re application clearly showed that you’re good to go and I may meet you at Bard this fall(unless I get into my first 2 choices) Best of Luck to everyone
I’m waiting for it too! Though as international applicant I don’t feel like I have a lot of chances
@ImThatLACguy all universities should have that kind of approach
Hi Guys,
I thought I would join in on this! I was accepted EA and do not have a stellar GPA and did not submit my test scores. But I am really passionate about certain subject and do tons of extra circulars! So yes Bard does truly believe in a holistic approach. I hope to see you all on April 9th!

Very weird, as they did not send an email, I just happened to check my portal and it was there. Have any of you experienced this?
How did you find out ? Cannot find a portal, no email as of yet.
Login into your Bard Portal. It should be highlighted in yellow.
Just got the email. Waitlisted. This hasn’t been my week can anyone explain the policy on accepting the spot in the waitlist. Is it binding?
May I know when you recieved the email? I found out my decision from the portal, but I have yet to recieve an emial.
I received it at 20:18
Thanks! I did not receive anything. I am still skeptical about it.
@parentgeorgia that is an excellent question. Bard’s endowment is a little bit over $250 million dollars.
Some of the Ivy League schools have more than 100 times as much. But that’s not really the comparison point.
I would think Bard should have a short term goal to double endowment. And then double it again.
Even then there are LACs that have 20 times what Bard has.
Accepted!

Accepted (yay)
School doesn’t rank
GPA situation is complicated (I went to 3 different high schools), but mediocre grades
