<p>I got the email on the 13th but still haven’t gotten the decision email yet. :(</p>

<p>I didn’t get the email on the 13th so I was worried I would have problems today, but my letter came through at 7:07 PM (although it says it was sent at exactly 7). I live in DC on the East Coast and my last name starts with K, so I don’t think it’s alphabetical.</p>

<p>as much as it sucks, I like the idea of the email because you don’t know what you’re gonna read until you read it. the whole “size of the envelope” business would be waaaay too nervewracking for me</p>
<p>yeah- the whole envelope size is nerve wracking. Plus- some of my schools I got admitted to sent me small envelops anyway. I just wish we would get our emails soon!</p>

If you did not receive your first -year application decision via email this evening, Wednesday 3/27, we will be available by phone tomorrrow, Thursday, 3/28, from 9 AM - 5 PM EST. You may call our office at 212-854-2014 and we will release the decision over the phone.</p>

<p>maybe it’s just me, but I’m really annoyed by the fact we have to wait another 12 hours -______- but the phones are going to the ring off the hook though so I feel kinda bad for the admissions office lol</p>
